(1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2006. (2) lt extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) it shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and lor different sections ot this Act.
