Amendment of Section 2 : ln the Venkateshwara Open University Act' 2012 (Act No. l0 of2012) (hereinafter referred to as PrincipalAct) in section 2,- (i) for clause (d), the following shall be substituted,- 'The 'Visitor', "Chancellod, "Pro-Chancellor', "Vice-Chancello/, 'Pro-Vice Chancello/', means respectively the Visitor, the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-C ha ncellor, the Pro-Mce-Chancellor of the Universitf . (ii) after clause (u), the following shall be ,nserfed- "(v,) 'Visitor" means the Visitor of the University".
