Fillings ofthe vacancies : All vacancies arnong the members (other than ex-officio member) of any authority or other body of the University shall be filled as soon as may be convenient by the person or body who appointed, nominated or co-opted the members whose place has become vacant for the remaining term for which he has been appointed or co-opted. ,
