Conditions of Sewice of employeE : (1) Every employee of the University shallbe appointed engaged as per provisions of the Statutes. (2) Any dispute arising between the University and any of the employees appointed substantively, shall be refened to the Executive Councilwho shall decide the dispute after atfording an opportunity to the employee within three months from the date of its reference. (3) The aggrieved employee may file an appeal against the order ofthe Executive Council to the Chancellor. 207 (4) Any dispute in respect of any employee engaged temporarily or on ad-hoc or part time or casual basis shall be heard and decided finally by the head of the concerned department. (5) Any person aggrieved by the order of the Vice-Chancellor may prefer an appealto the Chancellor The decision of the Chancellor in such an appeal shall be finaland no suit shall lie in any court in respect of the matters decided by the Chancellor.
