Annual Report: (1) The annualreport ofthe University shall be prepared under the direction ofthe Executive Counciland shall be submitted to the Court on oraftersuch date as may be prescribed and the Court shall consider the report in its annual meeting. (2) The Court shall submit the annual report to the Chancellor along with its commenl, if any.
