The Court : (1) The Constitution of the Court and the terms of office of its members shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act the Court shall have the following power and functions, namely : - (a) to review from time to time, the broad policies and programmes of the Unaversity and suggest measures for the working, improvement and development of the University 202 (b) to consider and pass resolutions on theAnnual Report and AnnualAccounts ofthe University andAudit Report of such accounts. (c) to advise the Chanc€llor in respect of any matterwhich may be referred to it for advice. (d) to perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
