The Pro-Mce€hancellor : (1) . The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Vice- Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perbrm such functions as may be prescribed. (2) The Pro-Moe€hancellor appoinbd under sub.sedion (l) shall discharge his duties in additionlo his duties as a professor (3) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shallassist the Vice-Chancellor in discharging his duties as and when required by the Vice- Chancellor. '. (4) The Prcvrc+.Chancellor shallget honorarium of such arnount as may be determined by the Trust.
