A copy ofany receipt, application, plan, notice, order, entry in register, or other document in the possession ofthe State Urban and Country Plaming Board or any Local Platrning Authoriry, ifduly certified by the legal keeper thereof, or otherperson authorized by the State Urban and Country Planning Board or the Local Planning Authority in this behalf, shall be received as prima facie evidence of the existence of the entry or document and shall be admifted as evidence of the matters and transaction therein recorded in every case where, and to the same extent as, the original entry or document would, ifproduced have been admissible to prove such matters.
