(1) EveryLocal Plaruring Authority shall constihrte for the benefit ofits &hole time paid members and of its officers and other employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions as maybeprescribed by rules, such pension and provident funds as it may dcem fit. (2) Where any such pension or provident fund has beeo constituted, the State Government' State Ur- ban and CountryPlanning Board may declare that theprovisions or the Govemment Provident Funds Act, 1925. shall apply to such fuld as if it were a Government Provident Fund.
