Every Local Planning Authority shall prepare in such form and at such time every year as may be prescribed by the rules a budget in respect of the hnancial year next e[suring showing the estimated receipts and expendinue of the Local Planaing Authority ard shall forward to the State Govemmenv State Urban and Country Plaffring Board and the State GovernmenV State Urban and Country Plaming Board such number ofcopies thereof as may be prescribed by rules.
