At any time after the date on which the Development Plan for an area comes into operation, and at least once in every 10 years after that date, the Local Planning Authority shall, after carrying out such fresh surveys as may bc considered necessary or directed by the State Govemment/ State Urban and Country Planning Board prepare after consultation with the Local Authorities concemed, ifany, and submit to the State Government/ State Urban and Country Planning Board, a Development Plan for any alteration or additions considered necessary by the Local Planning Authority to lhe Development Plan in operation. Theprovisions ofSection-23.24 and 25 with such modifications as may be necessary shall apply to such a Development Plan.
