(t) As soon as may be, after the Development Plan has been submitted to the State Govemmeny State Urban and Country Planning Board, but not later than the tirrle prescribed by the rules, the State Government/ State Urban and Country Planning Board may direct the concern Local Planning Authority to make such modifications in the development plan as the State Goverunent/ State Urban and Country Planning Board thinks fit and thereupon the Local Planning Authority shall make these mbdifications.
