As soon as may be, after its constitution every Local Plarning Authority/Sub-Divisional Planaing Authority shall. not later tha[ six months after its coostitution or within such time as the State Govemment/State Urban and Country Planning Board may, from time to time extend, prepare a Present Land Use Map (hereinafter calledthe Map) and a Land Use Register in the form to be prescribed indicating the present usc of every piece ofland in the Local PlanningArea.
