Constituent Colleges and Affiliated Colleg6 : (1) The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centers, Campuses, Off-Campuses, Otf-shore Campuses, lntemship Campuses and Study Centers; (2) The University may with the prior approval of the Board of Governors, atfiliate any college or other institutions.
