Expenditure of the Univeraity during dissolutlon : (1) The expenditure for administration of the University during the taking over period of its endowment fund, management fund, the general fund or the development fund; (2) lf the funds refened to sub-section (1) are not suffiilent to meet the expenditure of the University during the taking or period of its management, such expendlture may be met by disposing of the Properties or Assets of the University, by the Sponsor and State Govemment; ' Provided that, notwithstanding anytHng contained-in this section, the State Government may issue such directions from time to time to the university on policy matters not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as it may deem necessary which shall be complied with by the university.
