(1) [Omitted by 1994 Act s.30(1)(viii)]_ (2) The Planning Board· shall, in addition to all other powers vested on it by this .Act, have the right to advise the Executive· Council and .the Academic Council on any matter which it may deem necessary for the fulfilment of the objects of the University. (3) The Planning Board may constitute Committee or Committees for the planning or monitoring of the programmes of the University. (4) The Planning Board shall meet at such intervals as it may deem expedient, but it shall meet at least thrice a year. Powers and Functions of Finance Committee
