(1) The annual accounts and balance-sheet of the University shall be prepared under directions of the Executive Council and shall once, at least every year and at intervals of not more than fifteen months be audited by the Director of Accounts or by any other authorities as may be directed by the State Government. (2) The annual accounts when audited shall be published in the Official Gazette and a copy of the accounts together with the report of the Director of Accounts or any other authorities as may be directed by the State Government shall be submitted to the Court and the Chancellor alongwith the observations of the Executive Council. 12 The Arunachal Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette, April 17, 2012 (3) Any observations made by the Chancellor or the annual accounts shall be brought to the notice of the Court and the observations of the Court, if any, shall after being considered by the Executive Council, be submitted to the Chancellor. (4) A copy of the Annual Report as prepared under sub-section (1) shall also be submitted to the State Government.
