Obstructing lowful outhorities : lf ony person willfully obstructs or offers ony resistonce to, or otherwise interferes with the dischorge ofthe fundions ofthe prescribed outhority or ony other officer outhorized by it, exercising ony power, or performing ony duties conferred or imposed upon it or him by or in pursuonce of this Act or the rules mode thereunder, he sholl be lioble to punishment with imprisonment which moy extend to six months or with fine not exceeding ten thousond rupees or with both.
