Certificote to beshown to persons on demond : (l) Any person registered under thisAct sholl ot oll times, on demond, produce ond show his certificote of registrotion to ony of the following persons, nomely : (o) The prescribed outhority or ony other officer duly outhorized by him in this beholf; (b) Any outhority outhorized by the Government or ony officer outhorized by the Director Tourism, Arunochol Prodesh ; ond (c) Any bonofide customer. (2) Any person who refuses on demond to show his certificote to, or ollowed to be reod by, ony of the persons outhorized to demond it, sholl be punishoble with fine not exceeding five thousond rupees.
