Penolty for deloult in registrolion : Any person corrying on the business of o tourism unit or trovel ogent/tour operotor or guide or odventure sport or ony other business connected with tourist trode, os the cose moy be, without o proper registrotion under this Act or in controvention of ony of the provisions of this Act, sholl be punishoble with imprisonment for o term not exceeding six months or with fine not exceeding ten thousond rupees or with both, ond if the breoch is o continuing one \,vith o minimum iine o{ rupees two hundred per doy ond moximum of two thousond rupees per doy till the defoult continues.
