Fixotion of fore rotes : Under this Act, the competent outhority sholl be competent to notify from time to time such fore rotes, os moy be specified which moy be chorged lor the services rendered to o person engoging him os such. ( I ) The competent outhority sholl notify the foir rotes, os moy be specified by the lrovel ogent/tour operotor or by the guide, which moy be chorged for the services rendered to o person engoging him os such. (2) The competent outhority sholl, notify the fore rotes, os moy be specified by the odventure sports operotor commensurote with the stondord ofthe odventures sports ond other locilities, which moy be chorged by him from the tourists or from the customers. l l. Revision of fore rotes : The prescribed outhority sholl, from time to time. by notificotion, revise the foir rotes notified under section 10.
