(1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Street Vendors (Protection of Short title, and Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Repeal) Bill, 2018. commencement. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st May 2014. 2 ( 1) The Arunachal Pradesh Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation Repeal and saving. of Street Vending) Act, 2011 (Act No. 4 of 2011) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all orders issued and all actions taken or purported to have been issued or taken under the said Act, shall be deemed to have been taken, or purprted to have been issued or taken under the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending)Act, 2014 (Central Act No. 7 of2014)".
