(2) lt extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh (3) lt shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. (4) The provisions of this Act shall not apply to the land, premises and trains owned and controlled by the railway. NOTE: [That in view of the passage and enactment of The Arunachal Pradesh Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Repeal)Act, 2018 and assented by the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh and published in AP EOG No. 185, Vol. XXV, Tuesday, May 15, 2018,the said Act stands repealed with effect from 1st May
