Duties of Village Officer : Every member of the Village, Panchayat or Non- Governmental Organizations shall forth while inform the nearest police station or the nearest or the nearest State Road Authority or any other officer duly authorized by the State Road Authority whenever he becomes aware that any survey mark of any State road or any mark showing the building or control line determined in respect of a State road has been destroyed, damaged, removed, displaced or otherwise tempered with or that any damage to any State road has been made.
