Institution of suit in Civil Court where any person is aggrieved by determination of boundary : (1) The State Road Authority or any other person deeming itself or himself aggrieved by the determination of any boundary under 14 The Arunachal Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette, May  9, 2018  section 47, 48 or 49 may, subject to the provisions of the law of limitation for the time being in force institute a suit in a civil court  of appropriate jurisdiction to set aside or modify the said determination, and the survey, shall, if necessary be altered in accordance with the final decree of the suit, and the alteration, if any, shall be noted in the record; Provided that in no case such a suit shall be filed after the expiry of one year from the date of the notification under section 50(1). (2) The plaintiff in such suit join as parties to it, all authority is not itself the plaintiff, whom he has reason to believe to be interested in the boundary which is the subject of the suit.
