Rights and interest when to be extinguished : (1) Whenever an order of determination is made by the Collector under section 20(1), the Collector shall tender payment of compensation determined by him to the person entitled thereto according to the said determination. (2) Whenever the amount of compensation is tendered, paid or deposited in the Court, the right or interest in the Private assets stands extinguished free from all encumbrances and the State Government or the State Road Authority shall be free to enforce the provisions of this Act over such assets.
