Appeal : (1) If any applicant is aggrieved by any decision of the State Road Authority under Section 15(3) or 15(5), may, within 30 days from the date of such order, prefer an appeal to the Commissioner/Secretary, PWD/RWD, as the case may be. (2) The Commissioner/Secretary, PWD/RWD, may, after giving an opportunity to the appellant to be heard, may make such order as deemed fit and proper and such order in the matter shall be final.
