The Patron: (1) The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, by virtue of his office shall be the Patron of the Council. (2) The Patron shall have the right to call for report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the Council and offer suggestions for the improvement of the functioning of the Council. The suggestions of the Patron will be duly deliberated upon by the Council and the outcome of the deliberation will be reported back to the Patron by the Council. (3) The Patron shall have the right to address any meeting of the Council, if he so desires.
