Short title, extent and commencement : (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019. (2) · it extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 11th July, 2014.
