(1) There shall be established by the State Government by notification in of the Council. the Official Gazette a Council to be called the Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education. Composition of the Council and Governing Body and term of office. (2) The Council shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid, having perpetual succession and common seal, with power to contract and shall by the said name sue and be sued. (3) The Council shall have its Head Office at Itanagar and the Council may, with the prior approval of the State Government, establish offices at any place in the State.
