The Chairman shall inform the Governing Body of the Council of every such decision in the next Annual General body Meeting; (c) the Council may, however, subject to the provisions of sub-sections (b) ( c) of section 10 or otherwise of this Act confirms the orders passed by the Chairman, shall be final and binding, and shall not be questioned in any court of law and shall prevail over any other order passed by the Chairman or the Council under the provisions of this Act.
