( 1) This Act may be called the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 Short title, extent (Act No. 2 of 1899) (in its application to the State of and commence- Arunachal Pradesh) (Amendment) Act, 2010. ment (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Arunachal Pradesh Gazette.
