Amendment of Section 3 : In the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-Organisation of Districts) Act, 1980 (Act No. 3 of 1980), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) after sub-section (3) the following sub-section shall be inserted namely,- “(4) Onand from the appointed date of this amendment Act comes into force the following Villages : (A) From the existing district of West Kameng District namely (i) Under Nafra Sub-Division: (@ Nafra (b) UpperDzong (c) LowerDzong (d) Ditchik (e) Rurang (f) Nachibon (@ Nakhu (h) Dibrick () Wotung () Sanchipam (k) Khellong ; and The Arunachal Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette, February 23, 2024 (i) From Sirilang Administrative Circle namely,- (@) (b) © (@ © ® () Sirilang Dibbin Mathow Bulu ( excluding disputed area between Thembang and Buiu Village) Dishing . Dillung Chiniang ; and (iii) From Khazalang Administrative Circle namely,- @ (b) (© @ (e ® @ (W] @ Najang Westsachung Nijung Lapusa Khazalang Janaching Sabang Upper challan Lower challan ; and (B) From the existing East Kameng District : (i) From Lada Administrative Circle namely,- (] @ Lada Salang Wabalang Nabolang Grangjang Wake Drakshi Sekong Kiongkabam Kampa Sachung Pipiang Besai Kojo Rojo Nishangjang Jarkam (i) From Bana Administrative Circle namely,- (@ (b) (c) @ (e) ® [©)] () @ 0 (k) Pitchaang Kajung Chijang Kadeya Sapung Pochung Afaksung New Sapung Yangsey Yangpe (new village) and Pacherodong (new village) shall be constituted as a separate Administrative District to be known as Bichom District with District headquarter at Napangphung (between Khazalang Circle of West Kameng Districtand Lada Circle of East Kameng District)”.
