(Act no IS of 2018) AN ACT To provide for Re-organisation of Districts for better administration of the Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh: Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India, as follows: I. (I) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) Act, I 980. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh. Short tide extent and commencement. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for coming into force of different provisions of the Act.
