lnsertion of Second provrso under clause (iii) of Section '12: ln the Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 2003 (Act No. 2 of 2003), in Section 12, under clause (lii) after the first proviso, the following second provrso shall be inserted: "Provided further that the State Government may, by notification, appoint any other officer, not below the rank of Deputy Commissione( as appellate authority where the Deputy Commissroner while acting as an Estate Officer has passed an order agatnst which appeal rs filed" Yashpal Garg, IAS Commissioner to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
