Short title, extent and commencement : (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2024. (2) Itshall extend to whole of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
