Short title, extent and Commencement: (1) ThisActmaybe called theArunachal Pradesh Property Rights to Slum Dwellers Act, 2012. (2) lt enends to the notitied Urban areas of the State ofArunachal Pradesh. (3) lt shall come into force on such date as the State Govemment may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint; and different dates may be appointed br different areas.
