(1) lnsertion of new section 34 ln theArunachal Pradesh Salaries and Allowances of Ministers Act, 1983, after section 3, the following section shall be inserted, namely:- "3A. Notwithstanding an,'thing contained in section 3, the salary payable to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Ministers (including Leader of Opposition), Minister of State and Deputy Ministers under Section 3 shall be reduced by thirty percent, fof a period of one Year commencing from 1"tApril, 2020, to meet the exigencies arising out of Corona Virus 2 (Covid-19) pandemic".
