The $ate Govemment may, by notificatibn in ttre Official Gazette, establish a Councilto be called the Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council', for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. Such Council shall be a body incorporated and have perpetual succession and a Common Seal, with power to acquire property, both movable and immovable and shall, by the said name, sue and be sued.
