Fower to make rules : ('i ) The Competent Authority ol the university may make rules for all or any of the provisions ol this Act, as may be deemed expedient, to carry out the provision ot the Act. (2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly as soon as in made.
