The Finance Otlicer : (1) The appointment ol the Finance Officer shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed by the Slatutes; (2) The Finance Ofticer shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the University or may be required from time to time by the Board of Governors; (3) The Vice-Chancellors is empowered to remove the Finance Officer atter due enquiry. lt will be open to the Vice-Chancellor to suspend the Finance Officerduring enquiry depending upon the seriousness of the charges as he may deem lit;
