( 1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Short title, extent Municipality Disclosure Act, 2009; (2) It shall extend to such Municipalities, as may be notified by the State Government of Amnachal Pradesh from time to .ime ; (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be ap- pointed for different area in the State.
