Supplemental provisions respecting regulations :(1) Anyregulation which the Corporation under this Act, may make with the approval of Government, may be altered, or rescinded by the Corporation with the approval of the Government in the exercise of its powers under this Act. (2) Any regulation made under this section may provide that contravention thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees. (3) No regulation made by the Corporation under this Act shall have effect until it has been published in the Official Gazette by the Government.
