Notice etc. by whom to be served or issued: All notices, bills, summons and other documents required by this Act or any rule, regulation or bye-laws made thereunder to be served upon or issued to any person shall be served or issued by municipal officers or other Corporation employee or by other persons authorised by the Commissioner.
