Finality of decision : (1) Save as otherwise provided, an order of the prescribed authority on an election petition shall be final. (2) An election of a Councillor not called in question in accordance with the foregoing provisions shall be deemed to be a good and valid election. (3) Any person aggrieved by the order of the prescribed authority may file an appeal to the Financial Commissioner appeal to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh or such other officers, as may be authorised, by notification, by the State Government in consultation with the State Election Commission, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and he shall hear and dispose of the appeal within a period of ninety days.
