Where a dwelling house, manufactory, warehouse, or place of industry or business is situated within the limits of two or more adjacent municipal areas, the State Government may, notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, by notification, declare the municipal within which such dwelling house, manufactory ware, or place of industry or business be deemed to be include for the purpose of this Act.
