No person shall without authority remove, destroy, deface or otherwise obliterate any notice exhibited by or under the order of the Municipality or any municipal authority or any officer or other employee of the Municipality specified by the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer in this behalf.
