(1) Every licence, permission in writing, notice, bill summons or other documents which is required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to bear the signature of the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer or any other officer of the Municipality shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of the Chief Municipal Executive Officer Municipal Executive Officer or such other officer as the case may be and stamped thereupon.
