Subject to the provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act 1969 (18 of 1 969), the Municipality shall cause registration of births and deaths taking place within the municipal area and extracts of information there from shall be supplied on application in such form of a certificate, and on payment of such fees as may be determined by regulations.
