Subject to the provisions of section i0, any building plan submitted to the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer for sanction shall conform to such rules or regulations relating to water-supply, drainage, privy, urinal accommodation, within the premises, and sewerage as may be made in this behalf, and no building plan shall be sanctioned by the Chief Municipal Executive Officer Municipal Executive Officer unless it so conforms.
